Keldrovia supports licensed real estate professionals with contract-to-close file organization and workflow support.

Transaction coordination services may include:

Contract-to-close timeline tracking and deadline reminders

Follow-up on outstanding items/documents, as directed by the hiring broker

Routine file updates and coordination with lender/title requests

Important: Keldrovia’s transaction coordination services are administrative/ministerial. Negotiations, advice, legal interpretation, and brokerage-level decision-making remain with the hiring broker and their brokerage.
