TC support may include (administrative/ministerial):

• Contract-to-close deadline tracking and reminders
• Document organization and status tracking
• Status follow-up on outstanding items/documents, as directed by the hiring broker
• Administrative check-ins to reduce last-minute surprises (missing docs, lender/title requests, timelines)
• A consistent workflow you can rely on

Keeping TC Support Separate From Broker Representation

When Keldrovia is hired as a transaction coordinator, our scope is limited by a written agreement to administrative and ministerial transaction support. That means:

• We are not acting as the agent or broker of record on your transaction
• We are not providing real estate representation to your clients
• Negotiations, advice, and brokerage-level decision-making remain with the hiring broker and their brokerage

If a consumer is working directly with Keldrovia for representation (buying or selling), that is handled separately under the appropriate written brokerage relationship and required disclosures.

Secondary Focus: Real Estate Sales for Past Clients and Referrals
